Alongside your introduction, please include your preferred date, length, and screening information so I can see if we're a good fit and confirm availability.

Providing this information upfront allows me to assess availability, chemistry, and suitability, and helps avoid unnecessary follow up.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all dates. Dates are not held without a deposit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are outlined during the booking process.

The deposit secures the date, with the remaining balance due at the beginning of the appointment. Cash is preferred for the remaining balance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to mitigate against cancellations and no shows.

If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I am happy to apply your deposit to a new date within three months, subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of our date will incur a cancellation fee and the deposit will not be transferred to a future date. For cancellations within 24 hours, the remaining balance is also owed.
